Application for Individual Scheme Loan
The Individual Loan Application Form should only be completed by an AHB that has received Certified Body status from the HFA. This application form must be completed in full if you wish to apply for an AHB loan for an individual development scheme.

When making your application to the HFA for an individual loan assessment, please note that the following items should be included alongside the completed loan application form:
- Valuation report
- Building Survey
- Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government approval letter that PAA & CALF are in place
- Irish Council for Social Housing (ICSH) 'lease to acquire' model to include Income & Expenditure Account, Balance Sheet & Cash flow Statement
Applications will only be accepted in electronic format and hard copy applications will not be considered.
